OK88 Terms & Conditions — Complete Platform Rules for Malaysian Players

In this Terms & Conditions document, the following words and phrases carry the meanings stated unless the context requires otherwise:

• "OK88" or "Platform" refers to the ok88.cash website and all services, products, and content provided through it.
• "Player" or "You" refers to any individual who accesses, registers for or uses the OK88 platform.
• "Account" refers to the user account registered by the Player in the OK88 system.

OK88 reserves the right to cancel or modify any promotion at any time without prior notice. Players found to be abusing bonuses — including creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses repeatedly — will face penalties including forfeiture of all bonuses and account closure.

OK88's Sports Betting section covers a wide range of sports including the Malaysia Super League, English Premier League, BWF World Tour badminton, esports, and over 30 other sports. All sports bets are subject to the following specific rules:

• The minimum bet for all sports markets is RM2 and the maximum varies by market type and match.
• Odds displayed are in decimal format, reflecting the full payout including the original stake.
• Confirmed bets cannot be cancelled or amended by the player, except through the Cash Out feature available on selected markets.
• If a match is postponed and does not resume within 24 hours, all unsettled bets will be voided and stakes refunded.
• For football matches, all bets are based on the result after 90 minutes of regular time unless otherwise stated.
• OK88 reserves the right to void bets in the event of a significant technical error in odds setting.

All casino games at OK88 — including Live Casino (Baccarat, Blackjack, Roulette, Dragon Tiger), video slots, and number games — use an independently audited Random Number Generator (RNG) to ensure the fairness of every game outcome.

• The Return to Player (RTP) for each game is displayed in the respective game information. OK88 slots average an RTP of over 96%.
• The outcome of all games is final and cannot be disputed unless there is verifiable evidence of a technical error.
• Any technical disruption during gameplay that prevents a result from being determined will result in the cancellation of that round and a full refund of the wager.
• Players are not permitted to use automated software (bots), algorithm coordinators or any external tools to assist with betting decisions.
• Unauthorised photography or recording of live casino tables is strictly prohibited.

OK88 maintains a fair and safe gaming environment for all players. The following actions are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate action including account closure and forfeiture of all balances:

OK88 reserves the right to suspend or close any account for the following reasons, with or without prior notice:

• Breach of any provision within these Terms & Conditions.
• Suspicious activity indicating fraud, money laundering, or bonus abuse.
• Failure to provide identity verification documents within the stipulated timeframe.
• Self-closure request by the player through the self-exclusion programme.

Players who wish to voluntarily close their account may contact our customer support team. Prior to closure, all pending bets will be settled and any valid balance will be refunded after applicable deductions. Balances from bonus funds that have not met the wagering requirements will be forfeited.

Players may also apply for a temporary self-exclusion (1 month, 3 months, 6 months) or a permanent one through our Responsible Gaming us. During the self-exclusion period, access to your account will be fully restricted.

OK88 provides its platform on an "as-is" basis and makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding continuous availability, the accuracy of information, or the outcome of any bet. Every player acknowledges that gambling involves financial risk, and OK88 is not liable for any losses incurred.

• OK88 is not liable for service disruptions caused by system maintenance, technical issues beyond our control, or natural disasters.
• OK88's total liability to any player under any circumstances shall not exceed the amount deposited by the player in the 30 days preceding the claim.
